Email worked before and now it does not
If you answer “No” to all the questions below, then there might be a problem with the Barral Institute email server. In most cases the problem will be fixed very soon.
You may still be able to use a web-based version of your inbox by logging into the following page:

- Are you trying to check your email from a hotel, airport, cafe, etc?
- Have you made any changes recently to your email settings?
- Have you recently installed any anti-virus or firewall software?
- Have you tried using a different SMTP port by changing your settings?
- Can you access webmail via the link above?
