<p>There are many different email clients out there, so the steps below may or may not be exactly the steps you need to take. Refer to your email client&#8217;s Help menu for more specific instructions.</p>
<p>In Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 and earlier versions of Outlook:</p>
<ol>
<li>Start Outlook.</li>
<li>On the <strong>Tools</strong> menu, click to select <strong>E-mail Accounts</strong>.</li>
<li>In the <strong>E-mail Accounts</strong> dialog box, click to select the <strong>View or change existing e-mail accounts</strong> option, and then click <strong>Next</strong>.</li>
<li>Select your Barral Institute email account and click <strong>Change</strong>.</li>
<li>In the <strong>E-mail Accounts</strong> dialog box, confirm all your settings are correct and then click on <strong>More Settings</strong>.</li>
<li>In the <strong>Internet E-mail Settings</strong> dialog box, click on the <strong>Outgoing Server</strong> tab and confirm that there is a check in the box next to <strong>My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication</strong>. Also make sure the radio button is selected next to <strong>Use same settings as my incoming mail server</strong>.</li>
<li>Click the <strong>OK</strong> button. Then click the <strong>Next ></strong> button. And finally, click the <strong>Finish</strong> button.</li>

<p>You have a few options that you can try.</p>
